Customer Success Consultant
Socialsuite is an outcomes measurement technology platform which enables the Design, Collection and Analysis of Outcomes measurement frameworks. Our customers include not-for-profit, corporates, philanthropic and government bodies.
We are looking for a Customer Success Consultant who will work with our customers to deliver the best outcomes from their Socialsuite experience.
To be successful in the role, you will have experience in the research and evaluation space with a qualification in relevant disciplines such as social sciences, public health, psychology, research, evaluation.
You must have a passion for technology and strong technical abilities. Experience in reporting, analytics and databases would be an advantage.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to produce technical documents, deliver presentations and training. You will be required to work closely with clients to assist with the usage and adoption of the platform.
