In this Privacy Policy the terms “we”, “our”, and “us” refers to Coral Harbour Pty Ltd ABN 48 159 253 282 (trading as Socialsuite).

We value the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information.

You do not have to provide us with your personal information. However if you don’t, you will not be able to participate in the Community Insights Survey.

By registering to complete the Community Insights Survey, you agree to the following information being collected, held, used and disclosed as set out in this Privacy Policy:

  • Information obtained as part of the Survey.

How we collect and hold personal information

We collect and hold personal information electronically.

Personal information is held electronically on the Salesforce platform. For Salesforce’s security measures please see https://compliance.salesforce.com/en

The purposes for which we collect, hold, and use personal information

Email addresses are collected strictly for the purpose of being able to send out surveys to each survey recipient. Survey recipients can opt out at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each follow-up email survey.

All data collected will be aggregated and anonymised for reporting purposes into your own organization’s dashboard. This dashboard is solely accessible through your login.

Data collected will be further aggregated and rolled up into a global dashboard that is shared by other organizations participating in this project. In this instance, all data continues to remain anonymised and unidentifiable at both an organization or individual level. No personal information (e.g. email) will be displayed.

Both dashboards (organization specific and global) are available for the user to share as they see fit.

We reserve the right to use the global dashboard and anonymised qualitative data for publishing and research purposes.

Keeping your information accurate

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect and store, use or disclose is accurate, up-to-date and complete. However, we rely on you to advise us of any changes to your information to help us do so. If you believe your personal information is not accurate, up-to-date or complete, then please let us know.
