Data Collection / Measurement Method:

  • Organisations create a strategy map that covers their financial objectives, values proposition, internal processes and activities required to meet stakeholder needs, and skills and resources required
  • Objectives in the strategy map are linked to metrics and timeframes

Scoring Method: Data is collected based on metrics selected.

Key Points:

  • Some level of staff training and capacity building is required to formulate the strategy map
  • Creation of strategy map and identification of data sources be resource and time intensive
