In 2020 he designed the company’s ESG-starter solution to help small caps identify, focus, and report on the most significant and urgent sustainability issues relevant to their business and stakeholders. Sustainability and social impact have always been central to Tim’s career, he brings over a decade of sustainability experience driving ESG strategy, programs, and reporting.

Renata is the Head of Sustainability at Tabcorp and has over 15 years’ experience in Sustainability. She started her career as a lawyer overseas before moving to Australia and being admitted as a Solicitor in QLD. She transitioned her career to Governance, Compliance and Sustainability and held a Directorship role with the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation. She is currently completing a Company Directors course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
